4th Annual Golfing 'Fore' Heroes/HerofundUSA Golf Classic a Resounding Success Despite Postponement & Challenges...

Opening of the 4th Annual Golfing 'Fore' Heroes/Herofund USA Golf Classic

A 'tip of the hat' to each of our golfers and a big shout-out to Rick Seithel & Sam Silvio, Co-Chairmen of our 4th Annual Golfing 'Fore' Heroes/HerofundUSA Golf Classic held on Wednesday, October 7. Thanks to each of you and your unwavering support, and despite the challenges 2020 has posed, we successfully raised $40,000 in support of the First-Responder safety mission of HeroFundUSA, Inc.! With beautiful autumn weather on hand along with 130 golfers and volunteers including Pam Seithel, Brooke Payne, Courtney Seithel, Tiffan Searcy, Shannon Fernbaugh, Jen Imre-Justus, and Stephanie Godbey the day was memorable, fun, and one for the record books!

Special thanks to our auction donors and bidders as this component of the event, which went 'virtual/online' for the first time and raised an impressive $4155. Registration ran extremely smoothly as nearly everyone was willing to 'virtually' sign participant waivers and to pre-pay via our website prior to their arrival at Shoal Creek.

We learned a lot in the lead-up to this year's 'delayed' event and how to go 'virtual' with registration, payment, auction, and more, but the most important thing we learned (or were reminded of) is that the Greater Kansas City Area citizens, businesses and community leaders do indeed care deeply for our First-Responder HEROES - Law Enforcement Officers, Fire Fighters and Emergency Medical Services Personnel.

Special 'thanks' also to our myriad corporate sponsors for your continued, enthusiastic support of the First-Responder safety mission of HeroFundUSA, Inc. and to everyone who participated for your support in making the 4th Annual Golfing 'Fore' Heroes/HerofundUSA Golf Classic a day to remember! We hope to see you again very soon! We will be sharing the date, time & place for our benchmark 5th Annual Golf Tournament in 2021 very soon.
