Funding Requests

Details and Information

HeroFundUSA, Inc. was founded to provide added safety equipment and other preventative measures to keep First-Responders (Police officers, Fire Fighters, and EMS personnel) safe. In addition, we support First-Responder families in times of crisis such as line-of-duty injury and death.

 

Please limit requests to items that will ensure greater safety and well-being to police, fire, and EMS personnel. We fund certain safety equipment for police cars, ambulances, and fire apparatus, but we do not fund the complete purchase of vehicles/apparatus.

 

If you would like to make a request please submit the request to HeroFundUSA, Inc.  Safety Items included in our program of services are listed below for your reference.  If you do not see what you are looking for please submit your request by clicking the link toward the bottom of this page. We evaluate requests individually and will contact you if we have further questions.

 

Items typically funded (50/50 match):

  • Police – Body armor, ballistic helmets & shields, outer-carrier vests,  K9 vests & related safety gear, drones, safety partitions, communication equipment, throw ropes & related water rescue gear, stop sticks, and more.

 

  • Fire – bunker/turnout gear, helmets & headlights, body armor, thermal imaging cameras, drones, communication equipment, gas detection meters, water rescue gear, throw ropes, particulate-blocking hoods, and more.

 

  • EMS – gloves, face shields, body armor, ballistic helmets, and more.

     

Funded items in our program of services will be amended and increased as technologies and needs increase.
